Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you purchase, access, or use Sinful Management.

Effective September 20, 2026
By using Sinful Management, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. Using Sinful Management

Sinful Management provides script licensing, whitelist management, authentication, protected script delivery, obfuscation, developer tools, and related services.

When you purchase a plan or receive access, you are receiving permission to use the service. You are not purchasing ownership of Sinful Management, its software, systems, or code.

Your access is for you and your authorized projects. You may not sell, transfer, share, or give your account or service access to someone else unless we specifically allow it.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your account and any activity performed through it.

Sinful Management may use your account, Discord account, Installation ID, license information, project information, or other security information to confirm that a request is authorized.

Do not share login details, license credentials, sessions, tokens, or other private access information with people who are not authorized to use them.

If we believe an account or license has been compromised, we may require you to verify your access again.

3. Installation IDs

Some licenses may be connected to an Installation ID. This allows Sinful Management to recognize an authorized installation and prevent the same access from being used somewhere it should not be.

You may not copy, spoof, modify, or bypass an Installation ID to avoid license restrictions or give another person access.

Installation resets may be available depending on the developer's settings or the service being used.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Sinful Management for legitimate script management, licensing, authentication, protection, and distribution.

You are responsible for the scripts and other content you upload or distribute through the service.

You must also follow any laws and third-party rules that apply to how you use Sinful Management. Using our service does not give you permission to violate another platform's terms or another person's rights.

5. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • share, leak, resell, mirror, or redistribute private Sinful Management files or credentials without permission;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, licenses, whitelists, Installation ID checks, security checks, rate limits, or access restrictions;
  • steal, copy, forge, or use another person's account, license, session, token, or authorization;
  • tamper with the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, APIs, databases, website, or other systems;
  • intentionally interfere with or overload the service;
  • use Sinful Management to distribute malware, steal information, commit fraud, violate someone's privacy, or carry out illegal activity;
  • attempt to avoid a suspension, blacklist, revocation, or other restriction placed on your access.

We may investigate activity that appears to violate these rules.

6. Security

Sinful Management uses security systems to protect customers, developers, scripts, and our infrastructure.

For this purpose, we may process information related to authentication and security, including Installation IDs, account or client identifiers, IP addresses, request information, sessions, security events, and related technical information.

Our systems may automatically block, limit, quarantine, revoke, or flag activity when we detect possible abuse, tampering, replay attempts, unauthorized access, credential misuse, or similar security issues.

Security systems are not guaranteed to prevent every attack, bypass, leak, or unauthorized use.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, engage in illegal activity, abuse our infrastructure or support services, or attempt to bypass a previous restriction.

When access is terminated, related licenses, sessions, authorizations, protected files, or other credentials may stop working.

We may also restrict individual features when necessary to protect the service or other users.

8. Plans and Usage Limits

Plans may have limits on projects, scripts, licenses, obfuscations, API access, or other features.

The limits and features shown for your plan at the time of purchase apply to your account unless we clearly state otherwise.

You may not intentionally bypass plan limits or use multiple accounts to avoid restrictions placed on your plan.

We may change the features or limits offered with future purchases or renewals. Changes that affect an active purchase will be handled as required by applicable law.

9. Payments and Refunds

Prices and plan details are shown before purchase.

Unless checkout states otherwise, plans do not automatically renew.

Because Sinful Management provides digital services and access, completed purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing mistake, contact support so we can review it.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may result in the related access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

10. Service Updates

Sinful Management will continue to change as we improve the service.

We may update, replace, add, or remove features, security systems, authentication methods, integrations, files, or other parts of the service.

Sometimes an update may be required before you can continue using a feature.

We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every game, executor, platform, operating environment, or third-party service.

11. Availability

We work to keep Sinful Management available, but we cannot promise that it will always be online or free from errors.

Maintenance, software updates, network problems, attacks, third-party outages, hosting issues, or other events may temporarily interrupt the service.

We may take systems offline when necessary for maintenance or security.

12. Your Scripts and Content

You keep ownership of scripts and other original content that you upload to Sinful Management.

By uploading content, you give us permission to process, store, protect, obfuscate, authenticate, and deliver that content as necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use the content you submit.

Do not upload content that you do not own or have permission to use.

13. Sinful Management Property

Sinful Management's website, software, backend systems, branding, documentation, service code, security systems, and other original materials belong to Sinful Management or their respective owners.

Using the service does not give you ownership of these materials.

You may not copy or redistribute private Sinful Management software or materials unless you have permission to do so.

14. Third-Party Services

Sinful Management may work with services operated by other companies, including Discord, payment providers, hosting companies, network providers, game platforms, and other software services.

We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that they will always be available or remain unchanged.

Their own terms and policies may also apply when you use them.

15. No Guarantee Against Unauthorized Access

Sinful Management is designed to make unauthorized script access and distribution more difficult and to give developers control over their licenses.

No security or protection system can guarantee that a script will never be copied, leaked, reverse engineered, bypassed, or accessed without permission.

You are responsible for deciding whether the level of protection provided by the service is appropriate for your project.

16. Disclaimer

Sinful Management is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent allowed by law, we do not make guarantees beyond those specifically stated in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility, or that the service will meet every possible use case.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sinful Management and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service.

This includes lost profits, lost data, lost access, business interruption, third-party account actions, platform enforcement, or losses caused by services outside our control.

Where the law does not allow liability to be fully excluded, our total liability related to the affected service will not exceed the amount you paid to Sinful Management for that service during the six months before the event that caused the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when Sinful Management, our policies, or legal requirements change.

When we make a material update, we will update the effective date on this page.

Continuing to use Sinful Management after updated terms take effect means you accept the new terms to the extent allowed by law.

19. Contact

If you have a question about these terms, your account, billing, or the service, contact Sinful Management through our official support channels.
